Return Policy
We strive to give our customers
the very best care and want you to have a positive experience with our
company. If, during the first 30 days following your purchase, you wish
to return any product in the exact condition that you received it, a 100
percent refund will be given for the product merchandise. The customer
is responsible for all shipping costs unless the incorrect product was
shipped. Each customer must call or e-mail Footability
for a Refund Request prior to returning any product. Please include an
invoice number with the return request in order to process your return.

Pricing/Availability
All prices on footabilitystore.com
are based on discounted pricing. These prices provide our customers with
a discount on the full retail price. All prices are subject to change.
Product Availability: All items for sale on footabilitystore.com should
be in stock and ready to ship unless shown as out of stock in the product
description. If, for any reason, your product is not available at the
time of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated
shipping date.
Shipping
Policies
Upon acceptance of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent
to the e-mail address you have specified in your account information.
A shipping confirmation and tracking number will then be sent to that
same e-mail address upon shipment of your order.
Shipping Dates
Orders placed Saturdays not be shipped until the following Monday as USPS
is not operational for receiving shipping items on Sunday. Official holidays
may also affect shipping and delivery dates and timetables.
Shipping Prices
Exact shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout. The following
guideline should serve only as an estimate of your actual shipping charges.
Shipping prices are based on the Shipping Method chosen, the weight of
the item and the shipping destination.
Shipping Methods
All of the products we sell are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless you
choose otherwise. You also have the option of choosing USPS Express Mail
as you are checking out.
USPS
Priority Mail: Orders shipped USPS Priority Mail typically take from 3-6
business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our warehouse.
USPS Express Mail: If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items
upgraded to Second Day Service. There is an additional fee for this upgrade.
Typically, Second Day items arrive 1-2 business days after leaving our
warehouse.
P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: While we can ship most items to P.O. and
APO/FPO addresses, some restrictions do apply. Items sent to P.O. boxes
and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via United States Postal Service
and cannot be expedited.
Payment
Options
At this time we accept payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American
Express. Sales Tax: State law requires that we charge applicable sales
tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Colorado.
Order
Status
After you purchase an item you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail
that acknowledges we have received your order. At this time we will begin
processing your order and our warehouse personnel will prepare your item(s)
for shipping. When your package's postage information has been processed,
you will receive another e-mail to let you know that the status has been
changed to "Partially Shipped". This means that your order is
in the postal system and has been assigned a USPS Tracking number and
in most cases has actually been shipped or is awaiting pickup for shipment.
You will be provided with the USPS tracking number. The USPS tracking
system only allows for information stating that the package has been entered
into the system and/or has been delivered. USPS does not have real time
location and package progress tracking.
When
Will My Order Arrive?
All orders ship the next day after processing with exception of orders
placed after 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time. These orders will be processed the
following business day. The expected delivery time for packages shipped
USPS priority mail is from 3-6 business days.
Track My Package You will receive an e-mail with the USPS tracking number the
moment your package ships. You can track your package through USPS Online
at www.USPS.com. If
for some reason you cannot track your package or need assistance for any
reason, please contact customer service at service@footability.com.
Please note that the United States Postal Service may not have the exact
location of the package until it has been scanned at the postal center.
This may take one business day, therefore any orders shipped via USPS
may have a tracking number but not be entered in the location scan of
the postal center.
Security
Statement Secure Shopping Guarantee
We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction
you make with us. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit
card as a result of shopping with us, please e-mail a customer service

Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe.
This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card
as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing
Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent
charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we
will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will
only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using
the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
